How it started
It all started with a bubblegum pink Barbie film camera...
But don’t worry—I’ll leave my trusty first camera at home on your wedding day! While I’ll be the first to admit that the art wasn’t exactly “fine” on that little plastic camera, I still think back on it and smile. It was the first bridge between my parents’ wedding album that I couldn’t resist flipping through as a child and the understanding that I could take pictures of my very own. Photography has always meant the world to my family. And now, I hope to share our family passion with yours.
While I’ve always loved photography, what drew me to document weddings wasn’t just a love for the art.
Even the breathtaking details and emotional moments weren’t what fueled me to step into this role. What truly gripped me was a simple desire to serve. To serve in such a radical, sincere, all-encompassing way that every couple I encounter feels their stresses melt away the moment I step into their lives. From my perfectly planned process to my trademark soothing tone, everything I do is about bringing peace to this whirlwind adventure so you can enjoy it to the fullest!
When I’m not chasing golden light or crafting the perfect wedding day timeline for a couple, you can find me antiquing, diving into a new podcast, or snuggling up with my dogs Ollie and Beau to catch up on Outlander or Ozark.

…I get to interact with your bridal party! From giggly mimosa toasts with the bridesmaids to hilarious inside jokes retold between the groomsmen, I never get enough of the way your favorite people celebrate alongside you.
I ALWAYS CRY WHEN…
…the bride experiences special moments with her parents! My family means the world to me, so moms helping daughters into their gowns and dads reacting to their little girls in all their wedding day splendor always leaves me misty-eyed.
I ALWAYS SMILE ‘TIL MY FACE HURTS WHEN…
…the bride and I head out to meet her partner for the first look! You might think seeing hundreds of first looks would dull the moment for me, but it’s actually just the opposite! I know better than most the magic that’s about to happen. So, I can never contain my mile-wide grin just before the bride taps her person on the shoulder.
MY BREATH IS ALWAYS TAKEN AWAY WHEN…
…I arrive at the venue on the wedding morning! After hearing about the bride’s vision from the couple and their planner for months and months, seeing it all come to life through the work of the talented vendor team is like stepping into a dream!

I think of my wedding galleries like sweeping films. Like stories. Establishing shots. Detailed close-ups. Cliffhangers and climaxes. They’re all there because you deserve to be able to relive the entire story, from beginning to end.
Every raucous laugh, joyous tear, and carefree dance move is essential to the narrative. And who could forget the vibrant cast of characters? Who knows—maybe this story will include the last great photo of a beloved grandparent or the first precious photo of your newborn niece. I document it all with absolute care and in all its richness because you never know what will mean the most in the days to come. Photography is both a window into the past and a gift for the future.
